The farm is an upland farm located 6 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by 310th Street to the north, 305 Avenue to the east and neighboring farmland to the west and south. The farm consists of 233 farm acres of which 188 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Monona and Marshall.
