The farm is an upland farm located 11 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bisected by 180th Street with 429 crop acres north of 180th and 146 crop acres south of 180th. In total, the farm consists of 644 farm acres of which 575 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Monona, Napier and Marshall.
