The Hillard Farm is located within Atchison County, in northwest Missouri, approximately 70 miles south of Omaha and 80 miles north of Kansas City. The farm is an upland farm located 13 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by U Avenue to the east and neighboring farmland to the north, west and south. 300th Street runs through the north end of the farm in an east/west direction. The farm consists of 159 farm acres of which 149 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Marshall.
