The Dover Farm is located within Lafayette County, in west-central Missouri, approximately 40 miles east of Kansas City. The farm is an upland farm located 1 mile south of the Missouri River. The farm includes two tracts of land. The North Tract (pictured left) is bordered by State Highway 24 to the south, Berlin Road to the west and neighboring farmland to the north and east. The South Tract is bordered by Cottonwood Road to the west and neighboring farmland to the north, east and south. The farm consists of 229 farm acres of which 182 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Marshall and Knox.
