The farm is an upland farm located 6 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by 310th Street to the north and neighboring farmland to the east, west and south. The farm consists of 357 farm acres of which 256 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Monona, Napier and Kennebec.
