The Blanchard Farm is located within Page County, in southwest Iowa, approximately 50 miles south of Omaha and 100 miles north of Kansas City. The farm is an upland farm located 30 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by 290th Street to the north, J Avenue to the west and neighboring farmland to the east and south. The farm consists of 77 farm acres of which 68 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Colo, Sharpsburg, Judson and Kennebec.
